Does anyone have anything to report as to how they are dealing with
their agoraphobia and if it's getting better?

I'd love to hear what is going on in the lives of the others who post
here. No, I'm not being nosey, just interested as to how people think
and how they cope with their agoraphobia. Possibly some success stories
from the ones who have beat that awful monster!

I'm planning to get myself out the door today and do some Christmas
shopping. I have 2 stores within 3 blocks of where I live and that is
where I am planning to go.

I'll be back later with a report as to how it went. Hopefully since
it's Monday, most people will be working and I wont have to deal with so
many other shoppers.

I finally got myself out the door today (Tuesday) and did some Christmas
shopping. I only went to one store and it was not crowded at all.
Thank goodness! I did ok and found quite a few things that will be good
gifts for Christmas.

After I left there I drove over to Taco Bell and got a taco salad at the
drive up window. I brought it home to eat it. It sure is nice to be
able to buy a little treat again. :-)

As always, I was very glad to get home to my comfort zone. I was worn
out by the time I got back here so have been resting.
